“I don’t know why they insist on giving them a debit card for security deposit while they already asked for a credit card. The environment is okay, the room is clean and Wi-Fi speed is quick. However, the room is supposed to have a hair dryer but it was missing. The hotel matches its 3 stars rating but could be better.”

“The room was clean. Staff was friendly. Price is high but it's Odessa. Floor in front of shower was bad and breakfast wasn't as good as it was 8 months ago but I do feel safe there ”

“The room was great, nice and clean, and in a great area. However, I had a problem with the tub, which had rust stains and was covered with some kind of white paper. I would book with them again.”
