“What a wonderful cozy place to stay! The lot has an amazing view of the water and the new dock was a wonderful place to stay, play, and dock the boat. We stayed for a week and made so many beautiful memories. Everything is even better in person! Shops, and restaurants are within 10-minute range. We walked in the morning and enjoyed the area. Kids loved to see deers walking in the forest. We would definitely stay again! Absolutely a gem! ”

“Perfect place for a couple or small family at a good price.The home was clean, check in was easy, location was great in a nice neighborhood close to anything you may need.Of course the best part is being directly on the lake with a dock. Excellent views of the lake from the entire back side of the home and a spacious deck overlooking the water.”

“Is overall we really enjoy this property! The nice thing with this property is we didn't have to pack everything in our house but the kitchen sink. I had the bed sheets, the bath towels, towels for the lake, beds made up, hand soap, dish soap, very high end brand of everything in the shower! Couldn't ask for more. Very attentive! “My boyfriend and I did a brief staycation here and absolutely loved it! It is pet friendly so we were able to bring the dogs and enjoy the lake. It’s also close to a few hiking trails around the lake which was perfect for us. The porch seating options were perfect for relaxing or working from home while checking out the view. Hosts were very communicative as we were getting ready for our trip. ”

“I traveled to Statesville for work to go to a weeklong class. I wanted to do something different instead of a hotel. This apartment was HUGE, very spacious, clean, smelled amazing, and very well decorated. Very well designed from a magazine. It's above a bookstore in an old building so there is exposed brick, ducts, and ceiling beams. The flooring is real wood through out. It is right in downtown so restaurants, shops, coffee, and beer in walking distance. The host was wonderful! She had her……

“Our stay at Green Cove was fantastic. The house offered more than enough room for the 7 adults we had in our family. The backyard was well taken care of and offered a relaxing place to gather after a day on the lake. We used the two included kayaks to venture around the quiet coves each morning. Boat and Wave Runner rentals are easy to find at the local marina's and the dock offered an easy way to pick up and drop off the 7 people in our group so that everyone did not need to travel to the……

“This was our first time staying in a tiny home and we could t have picked a better one to start with. Ashley was very quick with responding to questions leading up to our stay and the location of the home was very close to many restaurants and things to do on the water. The house accommodated four adults, a teenager, our ten year old and our dog very comfortably. We will definitely recommend this tiny home to our friends and family.”
