“Do yourself a favor and rent this house. We picked the location because we had people flying in from all over the country and Charlotte was direct. We hit the jackpot on this house. The location was perfect and the owner so easy to work with. There was plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable and the beds were very comfortable. I would like to come back in the summer and stay in this house again! ”

“We visited the Cozy Cottage on Lake Norman recently for business in the area. We loved the location on Lake Norman. The property was clean and well stocked and well suited for our needs. The beds were pretty comfy and the rooms were not too small. Nicely furnished. It has a spectacular view of Lake Norman and a great fire pit with a small sand beach area.
