“Great place! Our first waterfront penthouse! Condo was clean, spacious, and fully stocked with everything we needed from home. Everything! Plenty of dishes, soap, cleaning supplies, utensils, towels, Knick knacks; chairs were comfortable, cable TV, and OH the view! Private balcony from the master bedroom and a rooftop balcony as well! Jim was fantastic throughout the rental process. Didn’t need a thing! And Lake Norman is a secret paradise north of Charlotte, great shops and eats, boating on the……

“Beautiful views of Lake Norman, incredible sunsets. Modern, spacious and comfortable. kitchen is updated and very nicely equipped. Easy check-in and very responsive to getting the icemaker fixed quickly. Pool is nice and never crowded. Elevator makes it nice for loading/unloading. Beds and bedding super comfortable. Would definitely want to return. ”
