You can hear people’s voice from other room easily.”

Was disappointed as I had very intentionally selected the original hotel to be close to Kazmierz and now we would be closer to the Rynek and Galeria Krakowska. Unsure why Aloft moved us, was simply told there was an issue and they were moving us. The new place was wonderful and a bit bigger. We loved it. Just not the location I had preferred.”

“They had two bathrooms in 2 bed apartment which was superb. Balcony was nice to have some tea. The mattress was soooooo soft that it was impossible for me to sleep, i had to sleep on the sofa bed. They charged quite costly cleaning fee and it seemed like they didn't clean it thoroughly. We wiped the floors as we were picking up our hair and there was so much dust. ”

“Loft Affair (Louvre Studios) cancelled the evening before our arrival our reservation creating us a big problem. We cannot judge whether the place and the rooms are nice, clean, quiet as we could not stay there... but we can certainly judge the lack of professionalism of Loft Affair!!! Cancelling last minute a pre-paid reservation, booked well on time ahead of the travel date, is simply a lousy customer experience. Cannot therefore recommend Loft Affair. Can however recommend hotels.com……

“Whilst we would normally take a hotel for such family city breaks, we took the Penthouse and can now definitely recommend it. Location is great with local bars, restaurants, bakers etc within a 2-min walk, or 10-15-mins walk to most tourist areas, or next to tram stop and main taxi routes if you want to go further... Remote Check-in process is professional and easy, everything you need (except milk) is supplied, quality fittings, immaculate finish and condition throughout, loads of space for……
