“This was a great house for 2 families to stay in (4 adults, 4 kids) for Leland Snowplay. Was 5 minute walk away so we could go tubing, come back for lunch at the house, then go back to tubing. Kids had a great time playing in the yard too. House was clean and description is spot on. The host responded to my questions immediately and was super helpful. The kitchen is adequately stocked for cooking meals for our large group. The downstairs bedrooms were a little cold though - the wall……

“This was a great condo for our little group of 3 (2 adults, one small child) for a quick weekend getaway to the sierras. The property had all of the amenities we needed, was close to the activities we wanted to do (fishing, boating, hiking), and the owners made the communication a breeze. Will definitely add to my arsenal!”

“Great location! Kitchen is well stocked in terms of pots/pans/ knives, plates, and utensils. Great communication with the host! Very responsive. They even helped me rebook when i accidentally booked one extra day. Very accomdating and helpful! Rooms were nice and well thought out. Firewood was provided and the fire stove made the whole place very homey.”

“The realtor office was very organized and friendly. The on line pictures do give this unit a bigger feel. The furniture was well used but over all for a pet friendly unit it worked. Definitely needs a deep cleaning, the coffee pot and stove felt of grease and it was quite odd to have unit owner items in the fridge. ”
