“My only complaint is that the bed in room 823 is way too soft on the left side (if you are looking at the bed). The middle and right sides are not worn out.”

“The hotel locates in the middle of a construction site, not walking distance to any of the subway station. I booked the hotel to attend a conference at Harvard and I need to walk either 35 mins to Cambridge town or take a Uber which costs more than 20 back and forth. Not really ideal.”
