“I liked that the property was clean. Well kept the surrounding of the hotel looks safe and it was walkable for shopping. but on the other hand what I didn’t like was when I checked in the front desk person was a little on the rude side but other than him, everyone was very nice and pleasant but I still enjoyed my day”
“I did report to front desk on Friday that the front of the safe was broken. I wasn’t using it just went to close the door & the entire locking mechanism fell apart. She was very nice & told me she would report. It was room 203. ”

“To be honest the staff especially Rayvon, Doug, Shannon and China are excellent in customer service and people skills. The General Manager however is a passive aggressive female who needs an attitude adjustment and cannot exist without her excellent staff. I debated whether to stay here or not but as long as I never saw her it was fine. My stay as always was a work trip. I don't need extra stress from the likes of GM Kelly whose primary purpose should be to ensure her guests are stress free. I……
“You could tell if they were trying to renovate the property. The carpets were filthy. The floor is even in the room were dirty. I spilled some water on the floor. I grabbed a hand towel to clean it up and the white towel was brown from the dirt on the floor. Ask for the room to be cleaned and afterwards the floor was still dirty. There was also a missing smoke detector. I reported it twice to the desk and it still had not been replaced before I left the hotel.
