“Almost everything in the room is with wood furniture. It’s clean, quiet and comfortable with beautiful Mountain View. It’s also close to the train station with 10 minutes walk. The staff is very helpful and speak good English. The bathroom is too dark.”

“We love our stay at Welkam. The room was nice and spacious, the style was a cozy mix of modern and old. The bathroom was very nice with a great shower, and the included breakfast was a nice spread of meats, cheeses, boiled eggs, and sweet bread that hit the spot before leaving. Great value, overall!”

“The food is very good. We liked the saunas, spas, and resting rooms around the spa/pool complex. The location near a forest with walking trails and the mountain view is spectacular.”

“Great location. The rooms are nothing fancy but clean and comfortable with a small balcony to enjoy mountain air. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. The cable car is a short walk away. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Easy, free parking. ”

“Nice place to be, the park is great after a day full of attraction. Air condition did not work well, so it was hot in the room. Dinner is nice, I think it is better to go to a restaurant.”

“We loved the peace and quiet at this hotel. The room was very clean, cozy, and spacious. Great to have the nice restaurant at the hotel as the options in the surrounding area are very limited. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The only thing I would change is that the sauna cost 25 euro per person to use for two hours. This was a high fee. Perhaps the hotel could allow for a shorter use period for much less money. For example, a half hour use for 5 euro per person. An hour for……

“Clean, warm and comfortable apartment. Kind and helpful staff, easy check in and out. Breakfast option is a bonus, but need to get in early, my favourite makovy pastry were running out quickly:) Pleasant stay, novy smokovec has lots to offer!”
