“Her şey güzeldi ancak odanın birinci günü çöpleri atılmamış yeni bardaklar konulmamıştı. 2. Gün bulaşıkların birazı yıkanmış yine yeni bardak konulmamış yatak düzeltilmemişti. Ancak otel genel olarak çok iyi. Özellikle resepsiyondaki Semih bey, işletmenin kesinlikle kaybetmemesi gereken işini mükemmel yapan bir beyfendi. “It was a great pleasure to stay at Crowne Plaza. The restaurant on the 6/F is excellent with great view and lively music. The food selection is food. Very helpful from the team especially Sercan who provided a lot of tips and advice where to go and eat. Location of the hotel is good too as it closes to the pier and we can take ferries to avoid the congestion from land transport. Also would like to mention the great service from Ugur who helped to arrange the taxi service in a rainy day. Super……

“Close enough to walk to many places, but never had to wait more than a minute or two for taxi if needed to go further. The entire staff was extremely friendly and professional and could not have asked for better. Rooms were always clean and amenities were fine. Would happily stay there again. ”

“Otelin yeri çok iyi. Merkezi. Park yeri sadece önündeki yola yapilabiliyor. Kapalı veya özel park yeri yok. Kaldiğımız odada cam çatlaktı. Wc de klozete yakın yerden su kaçağı vardı. Çıkarken resepsiyonu uyardım. Araplar ağırlıklı kalıyor ve Türk olarak rahatsız oldum. Otel genel olarak temiz ve lükstü. Oda büyük ve rahattı. Minibar için nakit 100€ istemeleri can sıkıcı idi. Ben alkol kullanmiyorum. Zaten check out sırasında oda kontrol edilir ve ona göre ekstra talep edilir. Deposito istemeleri……
