Then the coffee maker didn't fully work (it was a combo, so the Keurig side worked) and we were sent a replacement immediately. I will say while we were there the management company was very available, but I had asked a question 3 times and called 2x to ask about cable, or steaming, or Internet service and I never received an answer. The owner was quick to respond to all communications and to answer any questions. We loved the outdoor space and spent a lot of time relaxing and enjoying the beautiful pool.
