“Evergreen Suites is a reasonably priced guesthouse in a very nice area of Delhi, convenient to Defence Colony Market, and a short taxi ride from the New Delhi train station, Connaught Place, and many other central locations. I've stayed here 3 times recently and the room is always clean and comfortable. The family style breakfast is excellent, and the manager was very helpful in arranging taxis for me. I will continue to stay here on my visits to Delhi, and recommend it to others as well.”

“A terrible, terrible experience. This is a big scam. The pictures of the hotel are not from this hotel. When I arrived at the hotel they told me I had to wait before I could enter the room, that because they were filling holes in the wall, and trying to put the sockets back in the wall. When we finally get the room, it has not been washed. We found trash under the bed, urine on and around the toilet, and residue of feces in the toilet. The bathroom window could not be closed, so they had just……

“They didn't have my room, i was transferred to the hotel close to m called batra Holliday home which was worst than them. dirty, AC was was not working all the time and management was terrible, the area it self for both hotels were were terrible and smelly not recommending these tow hotels at all, such a waste of this much money in that area with these hotel managments.”

“Had difficulty talking to staff. The water heater doesn’t work. Not even water bottle was provided. Breakfast was part of amenities, but wasn’t provided. When asked about the breakfast, we got a response stating Expedia didn’t give us enough money to serve you breakfast. I am not sure how Expedia has this hotel as a listing. Will never visit this place and will not suggest anyone. ”
