One is that we weren’t given the code prior to arrival so had to wait in the hot sun with a toddler and 2 month old baby while trying to contact the host who didn’t answer the phone. Also no response to messaging. We had to call VRBO help desk, and finally were sent the code. Also the unit was advertised as having a portable crib, but it……
