“We had a lovely stay at Hotel Italia. The staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, and we had what we needed in our room. The pool was great and clean, and felt very private which was nice. We can definitely recommend this cozy hotel when going to Nessebar. ”
“Un acierto haber encontrado habitación para dos noches seguidas en este hotel, aunque para ello tuve que hacerlo a través de dos plataformas diferentes. La habitación que quedaba libre para la segunda noche era de menor categoría, no obstante nos ofrecieron seguir en la que estábamos con terraza y vistas al puerto y en la lejanía Sunny Beach.
Maravillosas las dos mujeres que atienden recepción y maravilloso el restaurante Family que nos recomendaron.
No ofrecen desayuno, pero sí un voucher 10 €……
“Fantastic hotel, great location not far from the main strip but far enough to not be noisy. 5 mins walk to flower street, 10 minutes walk to the beach. 2 mins walk from Restaurant Djanny etc.
The staff are very friendly and keen to help with any request and also give you local info if you haven't been to sunny beach before.
Rooms are basic but clean with everything you need, beds comfy, good air con and a fridge..
The pool is tiny but great for cooling down plus it's quiet and not……

“Doskonała obsługa i szybki oraz rzeczowy kontakt z klientem na wszystkich etapach uzgadniania przyjazdu i zameldowania. Kontakt również w języku polskim. Duża chęć pomocy i zapewnienia gościom maksymalnego komfortu. Dogodnie zlokalizowane biuro w Słonecznym Brzegu przy przystanku autobusowym (Sunny Beach, 8240 Slanchev Bryag, Bułgaria) obsługujące wiele różnych apartamentów. Bezproblemowe i punktualne zdanie kluczy i odebranie kaucji. Kaucja możliwa do zostawienia w gotówce albo poprzez blokadę……
“To start we had to go to another office in the city to register ourselves and after riding 250 miles on a motorcycle this was not a welcome greeting. The staff were great at helping us to find it , it was just an unwanted inconvenience.
The mattress was in a poor state but other than that the room and the hotel was in a better state.
The food and drinks served were excellent and the staff serving them .
I paid for parking for our motorcycle and had no issues”
“Kjempe fin leilighet, men badet var ikke ok. Vannet rant fra dusjen og utover hele gulvet. Toalett sisternen var ødelagt, så vanskelig å trekke ned. ”
“Huoneet vastasi hinta-laatusuhdetta.Rauhallinen alue ja paljon ihmisiä yöpyi alueella.Kirjautuminen huoneistoon oli vasta iltapäivällä ja jouduimme odottamaan useamman tunnin ulkosalla kun lentomme oli kohteessa aamuyöllä.Sängyt olivat epäsiistejä ja ällötti nukkua niissä.Henkilökunta oli todella palvelualtista..pisteet niile!!”
“Generally, communication was difficult to make regarding confirmation mail, correct location and different telephone numbers. But it succeeded in the end.
After arriving the boat, we realised that there was no electricity and water. This was fixed after a few calls next morning.
It would have been nice if there's an instruction card about how to use toilet and switch panel. They also should have provided the numbers in the boat where we can contact if you need help.
