Free water and coffee. List of area restaurants. Staff was proactive in telling us about amenities. Only negative is pool/hot tub area is poorly lit.”

“Great location for a late summer family get away. 6 adults and 2 young grandchildren. Enjoyed to stay and spend most of the days up in RMNP. Hiking and sightseeing. House was perfect size for all of us. Inside home could have been a little cleaner upon our arrival. Especially bathrooms for what it cost to stay. Other than that it was a nice stay. Thanks”

“Great little property that can handle a variety of group sizes in the different buildings. Loved our little weekend getaway (Sundance), which was perfect for a romantic visit to Estes Park. Great location - close to everything! Management was wonderfully responsive. Would definitely put this high on our list for future visits - whether just the 2 of us, or in one of the larger spaces with the rest of the family.”
