L'unica pecca che mi e' capitata e che nella stanza n 181 c'è un rumore costante di sottofondo probabilmente dovuto alla vicinanza di SPA, abbastanza fastidioso specialmente di notte. SPA offre un luogo di relax molto gradevole, sauna, piscina con zona idromassaggio e getti, percorso knepp, etc . Ho gradito molto che è stata servita una tisana. Norme COVID sono rispettate. Colazione internazionale.”
“Die Unterkunft ist an einer großen Durchgangsstraße mit separatem Eingang und privaten kostenlosen Parkplätzen unter dem Hotel. Das Personal sehr freundlich und die Verständigung konnte mittels englisch, spanisch und gebrochenem deutsch gehalten werden. Zimmer groß und gut eingerichtet (außer Klimaanlage war nicht regelbar-zu warm im Zimmer-25 Grad) moderne Badezimmer, Frühstück reichhaltig, für ein paar Tage Aufenthalt vollkommen ausreichend. Würde ich wieder buchen und empfehlen.

My families, friends and I have booked 7 rooms of Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa over Hotels.com in June. We choose this hotel because the hotel shows it offers free shuttle bus to airport. I also have written to this hotel to reserved 12 seats of free shuttle bus by email. But Honeydette De Vera, Front Office Manager of this hotel responsed me they don’t offer free shuttle bus for group reservations. I think the hotel proclaim they offer free shuttle bus is False propaganda because they don’t offer free shuttle bus to all their room guest. Besides, we are not a group because the hotel doesn’t offer special price for us. Hotel always offer better price for group. But I don’t want to argue with them. I have tried to reserved only 8 seats of free shuttle bus of this hotel, departing at 9:45 of November 5 by mail again. The other 4 paxes of us can grab a taxi to airport. Julieta Dalla Costa, staff of Front Office dept. responsed me “We do confirm the availability for the Transfer as your request.” That means we have reserved 8 seats of free bus successfully.
