“Worst travel experience of the last 5 years for me. I will never stay here again. They double booked my the unit I had been assigned and by the time I had arrived, it was the late evening and I had to spend over 4 hours on the phone with two companies’ resepctive support lines, a total of some 7 support agents, after numerous escalations and the same circular conversation that did not resolve anything. Worst decision I made this trip. I will not make that decision ever again and will avoid at……

“We absolutely loved the place! It was very spacious and located in a great area where you can easily walk to fantastic restaurants and cozy coffee shops. The hosts were amazing—super helpful and kind. The only small challenge was finding the parking lot at first, but once you figure it out, it’s no problem at all.”

“Up in the Hayward Hills, with everything we needed for our 4 nights in town. Convenient for downtown Haward or the greater SF East Bay region, with easy highway access. The well-stocked kitchen was a delight, and the in-unit laundry a terrific perk. My mom, sister, and I very much appreciated the designated off-street parking space! “This property is in a good location because it is close to nice spots like Palo Alto. It is next to some industrial complexes though so don’t expect beauty around you. It feels like you are staying in a nice college apartment, but don’t expect luxury. It’s clean, but simple. The gym was nice and it is a good spot for a family. We enjoyed gathering each evening in the combined living and dining area with extra seating in the kitchen area. The rental was very comfortable for our family group of three to five during our two week stay. The kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans and dishware etc. However, no food items or spices were supplied except coffee and tea so we brought a few things with us and……

The host, Anastasia, is awesome - she found a bracelet my daughter left, tracked me down (Anastasia reached out a second time after I missed the first email) and mailed it to us. While this is the guest experience we all hope for, it is not the experience we always get.”
