“It was not a very bad hotel but it happened to have some car event outside the hotel at the carpark and so we were not able to get a parking space. And I heard that these events happened all the time so just in case if you are bumping into one of there it’s gonna be a big trouble ( terrible traffic and no parking space till 10pm)”

“There is no obvious signage for drivers to this hotel. The corridors in the hotel are narrowed and it's difficult for 2 people with luggages to walk through. My executive room was spacious and comfortable though. Not enough sockets or USB in the room to charge my phones and ipads. The reception would not add my IHG membership number to my stay, so I think this IHG membership is not worthy to use any more as its staff did not even give any respect to it. “We checked in after midnight as we need to stay for one night before return home. Check in process was efficient and took only a few minutes. Reception lady was courteous and efficient. Would certainly stay again if needed in future.”

“The restaurant downstairs had very inexperienced employees, as I my husband 3 times got up to get our food from the window as it had sat there at least 15 minutes each time... One person walked around to each table asking everyone "is this what you ordered" even though the tables were all clearly numbered and the waitress' insisted on putting the number on the order slip! Took forever, very confused. However, room was great! Close to the airport but not on the grounds. Loved the hotel itself.”

“Overall, positive experience. The room in Azteca hotel was decent and clean. We had all we needed, including kettle with tea, coffe and hot chocolate. The kids loved the themed bunk-bed area. The double bed was very comfortable. The exclusive access to the part of the zoo with a play area in the evening after we arrived was a treat! “Excellent hotel. The staff are especially outstanding, above and beyond helpful and friendly with excellent customer service. The facilities are excellent. The only niggle was the central heating/AC controls didn’t respond in both rooms which i think was due to a central override so that was annoying. ”

“Ideal for an overnight stay to break a long journey. My room was comfortable and quiet; shower gel/shampoo and tea/coffee were provided in the room. Parking isn't particularly clear. At some other Service Stations, there are dedicated spaces for the attached hotel and if you park in the main Services area you'll get a fine if you stay longer than 2 hours. Here, you do park in the main Services car park but your car registration will be noted when you check in. ”
