“We had a really great stay at The Coppa. The hotel is dog-friendly, and the food was fantastic — we enjoyed lunch, breakfast, and dinner there during our stay. Our room didn't have air conditioning, and we arrived during particularly hot weather. Being on the ground floor, we didn’t feel entirely comfortable leaving the windows open overnight, as our room overlooked the entrance and carpark, and there’s no gate or barrier and it felt a bit exposed. “We’ve booked one night here at first, then we decided to go there one day before and booked one more day. We told the reception lady when we arrived check in, she said it’s ok, no need to do the check in again and we could stay in the same room. The next day at ten mins before ten, a housekeeper locked on our door and told us to check out. We’re surprised and told her our case, she told us to check with the reception. Then the reception said we’ve to check out and come back by 4 to check in……
