“Great company run by a young family (South Africa/Hong Kong). David the owner is often there. Attention to detail is important and feedback is gladly received and implemented immediately. Very helpful in all matters. Great offer for yoga and diving with its own diving school/ship and pool. Incredibly beautiful complex, carefully planned and with sea views from all units. The accommodation is large, bright and inviting. The bathroom is closed and flooded with light, the ceiling is made of frosted……

“We loved out stay at Atuh Cottage. The owner and his wife were incredible and the food at the restaurant was amazing! During our stay the owner arranged all of our day trips and transportation so we could relax the entire trip. The rooms were spotless and the AC worked great! I highly recommend you stay here on your next trip to Nusa Penida! ”

“Best staff soo far. They are helpful with everything what you need and are able to give you a ride for more than fair price. (Way cheaper than dock taxi). Overal it’s a really good place to be and close to all good spots. Don’t expect anything brand new and luxury, but everything is functional worth to price. They got a nice clean pool and drinks for more than fair price. If we will be back at Nusa Penida, we will be staying there for sure. ”

“Thus ia a nice little hotel with very friendly, helpful staff. About a 1 km walk to the Sampalan ferry terminal, and hotel staff will arrange motorbike rentals or taxis as needed. If it were my property, I would include juice and/or a small fruit plate with breakfast options, rather than having it as an add-on if coffee/tea is selected.”

“El personal del hotel es muy amable, ofrecen ir por ti al puerto de manera gratuita a cualquiera de los 2 puertos que están a 2km… ”

“The resort is new and comfy, but doesn’t offer hair dryer. All staffs are very friendly and dedicated! I was impressed by a waitress in restaurant, she tried to make a iced latte when it was not offer on the menu! The food are really good! We had 5 meals during our 2 nights stay, each dish tastes great! The location is quite remote, so if you are going to stay here, it would be recommended to rent a bike at harbour first or book a bike with the resort in advanced. Lastly, there was some issue……

“Service au top, restauration, massages, piscine débordement avec vue mer. Venteux et assez excentré des lieux de vie. Travaux sur nouveau bâtiment juste derrière les chalets malheureusement, réveils tardifs infructueux. Connexion internet très mauvaise.”

“À fuir, les photos ne sont pas la réalité. Le personnel ne change pas les serviettes un jour sur l’autre alors qu’on les a bien mis sur le sol. De plus, toute la nuit nous avons eu des rongeurs. Le personnel parle peu anglais et le scooter n’en parlons pas”
