“It was nice to have both units, which nicely accommodated 4 adults and 4 children. The place was clean and the kitchen fully equipped. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was biking distance to the beach. The place had supplies for the beach, which made for a relaxing time at the beach.”

“We went to Ft Myers to relax and enjoy local relatives. This home is located very well being close to the historic river district! We loved our dinner at Izzy’s! We also enjoyed walking from the home to the river district and to Publix etc. Favorite part of the home was the quiet, relaxing tropical backyard. No matter the time of day, shad was abundant!”

“The house was so comfortable and has space for our family of 5 adults and 2 children. We enjoyed the screen porch for relaxing and meals. The pool was great. The kids loves spending time playing and swimming in it. The landscaping was gorgeous as well. We appreciated being able to use the beach chairs as well. “Everything we could possibly need was there! The kitchen had everything we could think of for cooking. More than enough towels, beach towels, bedding/blankets, pool floats, I was completely amazed at the attention to detail by Kelly and Robert. We spent most of our time outdoors - the TV outside was a special treat for March Madness Basketball games and the pool was the perfect spot for most of our days. We have 2 small dogs and the outdoor area was perfect for them as well. The ceiling fan and……
