“We only stayed for one night to see a show in Weston. The outside of the building looks tired and in need of some repairs. We didn't have a sea view we had a view of a flat roof and a bit of car park which was a shame but i suppose someone has to have it. The room itself was comfortable and tidy. Didnt eat or drink in the hotel. By the time the show had finished around ten, the bar was shut. The only member of staff we saw was um guessing the manager and he was friendly despite it seems being……

“Amazing to have a balcony room with seats and a ash tray to smoke and a private bathroom great location lovely friendly staff and easy parking in car park opposite ”

“ Staff very good, parking limited and difficult at property, if any of the party has mobility issues location not good, if no issues then fine.”

“Really enjoyed my overnight stay in Sandbay. Close to Western Supermare, can hop on a bus and spend time there however there is plenty of entertainment on site also a swimming pool, dart boards and 2x snooker tables. The only downside it's a card only venue but take some cash for vending machine and bingo in the evening cash only. ”

“The room was amazing spacious and clean to a high standard. My only issue was we paid for a sea view but had a call to say someone had booked 2 mins before myself and the sea view room had been taken. No offer of a refunded as we paid extra for the sea view that we didn’t get. ”

“Booked for the location, so ideal. Spent very little time in the hotel, didnt use any of the facilities. Great location for walking to the seafront and local bars and restaurants in Hill Road which are very nice. The hotel has great views across the channel, and is very picturesque. ”

“入住是問他拿取牙刷牙膏，他笑容滿面地答Certainly, 還好我晚上自己又去買，回到房間他答我out of stock. 房間的電話是不能用的，壞掉了，跟他說了也不位我更換。另外洗衣服送回給我時竟然問我啦信用卡號碼，我說我不舒服，費用掛在房間上我走的時候會結，他答如果我不立即給他，就要立即來收回我的衣服，這是什麼服務，2022年的酒店也會這樣子。房間有多不清潔的毛巾，給我新的但是不拿走舊的，任由一堆毛巾放在廁所的一角”

“Family room (connecting rooms) booked. One w king sized bed n one w sofa bed. Spacious. Clean. Enough storage. Best with free parking. Plenty of parking spaces. Service was good. Staff responded quickly to our requests. Room price is reasonable. Will stay again ”
