“I booked the hotel for 2 nights. Birkirkara is probably not the city people would come visit while in Malta, but surely this hotel will attract some. I have been upgraded to try out this not so long opened hotel and i was very much please. The bedroom was spacious, comfortable and offering all the needed amenities. “The hotel was in a residential area and the shuttle service was not regular and also stops at 12.30. we had booked a tour on one of the days and realised no cold or hot water when we woke up. Had to use the guest toilet and go to the tour without having a shower as the tour was at 8.30am. they had some excuse that the whole block was affected. not very happy.”

“I had tried to cancel this hotel booking 3 weeks ago through hotel.com ! Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel ! “Très bien dans l'ensemble. Je vous déconseille le restaurant, la carte à l'air appétissante mais c'est tout. L'établissement est bien placer, propre et moderne. Le personnel est très sympathique.
