“I chose this property because my adult children and grandchildren live in the adjacent building. My family was able to just walk next door, so convenient. The Hotel and our room were new and spotless, and the 17th floor view was amazing. We would chose this hotel again. ”

“1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. Very simple breakfast, some food are empty but didn't promptly filled. 4. Next to the Peña station,……

“Check in was great! Shuttle from the airport was horrible … people were ambushing the van and driver .. it took me 3 times to get a ride. They really need more than one van for 3 hotels. ”
