“I felt protected at the property knowing the guard standing outside was armed. Then the extra security of having to be buzzed in the property with the hotels band, made me not worry that much! The hotel gave a woodsy feel, it was gorgeous and elegant however the pool outside my room was NEVER cleaned of leaves and accumulated more each day. Even with the main pool, we had to ask 2x for someone to come clean it! There was a day (after a storm) both the electricity and water gave out and there……

“The location and room was great! Better than we expected for the price. The facility is right next door to some amazing shopping and restaurants, plus the dophin experience was right there and very active. The staff was great and was able to provide us with airport transportation and a better price than was available online. Will definitely stay there again when we are back in the area.”

“Quiet boutique stay tucked in nature. We enjoyed our stay. Customer service with Exquiel and Mathias was great they were very knowledgeable locally with suggestions of where to go and places to eat as well as assisting with extra items for our room when we needed. We had our own rooftop pool and lounge area that was very relaxing. Nice yoga studio. We felt safe with overnight security. “Part of the hotel it seems that they don’t work on it so it looks like is going down, like the area of the pool, the cenote that it’s inside the hotel. Room had a lot of humidity and it smell bad the first day we got there, and by the 3rd day the smell got worst. “Amazing place, it was clean, quiet, beautiful views. We were a group of 4 women, we went for 5 days of pure relaxation, and that’s exactly what we got!
