“The property is great, the rooms are good size. The property is located in the middle of a big road between playa del carmen and Tulum and there’s nothing around. You need to take a taxi if you want to go downtown Tulum, or playa del Carmen and the taxi prices are ridiculously expensive. You can’t take uber in here. I would recommend this place if you have a car or if you plan to stay in the hotel the whole time. ”

“Wonderful resort with great staff and not overcrowded. The morning Buffett is delicious with varied choices of Mexican and American foods, if not so adventurous. The staff is friendly and have that warm welcoming Mexican ‘bienvenido a nuestra casa’ attitude. The beach is quiet and very private. The Conrad has great beautifully landscaped walking paths. “Amansala is very beautiful with great food. Much more unique than an all inclusive. Walk right out of your room into sand. Nice, friendly employees.”

“WOW! What a beautiful hotel. We booked a romantic getaway and were very pleased with the excellent care and service from the entire staff. The restaurant was phenomenal, clean, and had a great vibe with ocean views. Steps lead right to the beach. Top mentions are for Andy, Orchidea and Jacqueline. Their services and recommendations for local places to eat and visit were TOP notch! Our only complaint (very minor) is that the hotel is inside a national park which means you need 2 bracelets at……

“This place was so laid back and chill! My 15 year old and I enjoyed staying there so much! The owner was very accommodating and unbelievably friendly.
