“This home felt like a private getaway mansion tucked in the jungle of Mexico. The modern touches made it even more special—an iPad in the kitchen let us play music and change the light colors and the beautiful projector setup made family movie nights fun. The drive in can be a bit bumpy and confusing at first, but just follow the signs. Remember the landmarks to entrance : Yax- kin cenote post and “Roberto” the welcome mannequin on the side of highway. Enjoy the jungle experience. ”

“This property was amazing! My friends and I went for 5 days for a birthday trip and it was a success from start to finish. The communication with the host was great the entire time. Rosa and the staff were so amazing, we loved them so much! They cooked every day for us and the food was great and they were beyond accommodating! Highly recommend this property! ”

“A perfect location if you don't want to be in the middle of the Tulum center. Amazing new house. It will only get better when the Condo will be finished. Even know it was already a pleasant location. The owner was extremely responsive and open for suggestions. Would reco to everyone.”

“My experience at this property was amazing! Everything was so clean upon arrival, AC worked well, pool was the perfect temperature, house was secure and safe, but let’s get into the host!! Unbelievably helpful from start to finish. Her communication was on point from checking on us to helping us order food to recommending different excursions or activities going on for the weekend. This property was also minutes away from the tulum nightlife and lots of restaurants. The only issue I experienced……
