“We had a 60th Birthday Celebration with a total of 6 people. Plenty of room for everyone! The grounds and housekeepers were very efficient each day, even raking the beach area each morning. Juan and Daniel carefully prepared each meal with a wide variety of dishes and nearly every meal had a fresh juice. We had total trust in them to handle the shopping for us which was so nice. They made our birthday celebration special with a traditional Mexican cake. I would suggest you take some……

“The ocean-side location, the views and the comforts of Isla Escape were exactly as advertised. Better yet, the casita is but a 20 minute beachside stroll to the wonders of Bahia Akumal. Snorkeling with sea turtles in this protected tropical paradise is not to be missed. The owners, Jacob and Moonea, live right next door and were extremely thoughtful and kind. “This property exceeded our expectations! The setting felt like a dream with the ocean feet from us. It’s very spacious; there are 7 bedrooms all with their own bathroom! Plus 5 have an ocean view. Everything was very clean and well kept. The patio with the large table and the pool with the ocean right there was amazing. We spent a lot of time hanging out in that pool! Bibi was awesome! She made us coffee every morning and made up our rooms when asked. She provided the perfect amount of care, she……

“We loved our stay. Roger and Fabiola (and Scott) were lovely to work with. The house is fabulous - the pool is lovely and the ability to walk to the lagoon to snorkel everyday was our favorite! There are restaurants about 10 min up the road but everything else is a bit of drive. We really enjoyed La buena vida in Akumal - good food great beach view! We had a wonderful time! ”

“Beautiful property and nice, quiet neighborhood. For such a beautiful home, I would have expected some basics like cleaning supplies, sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, also salt/pepper, oils for cooking, etc. The water was not safe drinking water and purifier made it taste salinated and terrible. Also, showers need to be cleaned better as they are full of mold. Pool needed to be cleaned and the nearby gym equipment was all broken. The transportation system to the beach does not include this……
