“The hotel staff was very knowledgeable about the area, places to dine and giving directions as well as recommendations. The rooms were clean and very spacious and updated. The showers were nice and the bed was comfortable unlike some places I’ve visited. The water pressure in the sink area was really low. One of the two elevators stopped working during our stay. Luckily it was the off season and it didn’t create much of an inconvenience. It was quickly fixed within a day. The front office……
“Room is old, bathtub is rusted, caulking around toilet was black. The room smells like no one lives in it for a while. While it rained, the water overflow to the door. The only pleasant thing was the staff was really nice and helpful.
I don't think I will go back again unless they make some improvement”
“Been there multiple times over recent years and we always enjoy our stay. A couple things we didn't care for this visit 1) Continuous calls from the Concierge desk. Letting us know at check in about specials and discounts is enough, i don't want notes left on our hotel door, calls, etc. 2) More pool chairs need to be set out during peak season. If every single chair is taken each morning by 9am thats annoying for guests. ”
“My stay was short (three days), but enjoyable. The property was a minute off of the busy thoroughfare and quiet. The room was clean and adequate. The mattress was firm, if that’s your preference.
I was checked in and assisted by the GM, Kelly. He took care of all my requirements with a smile and patience. He inquired each time I saw him, asking if I needed anything. I look forward to staying at this particular property the next time I am in the area.”
