“From the start, we were treated to a top-notch experience. Cadey checked us in to the hotel in a friendly, professional, and thoughtful manner. Since the hotel is located within Union Station, there are a lot of folks coming and going. While this may have seemed intimidating at first, Cadey clearly explained all of the included perks of staying at the hotel (and there are many), answered all of our questions, and made us feel at home. In fact, all of the reception staff were equally helpful……
