“It is a unique property. Not fancy but very well maintained in the common areas and had a very nice feel. The lawns were green, and had horseshoes, corn hole, frisbee golf and lawn and patio seating. Breakfast had a good assortment of food, including mini tamales and burritos along with eggs, potatoes and fruit. Staff also went around and refilled coffees. Overall a very pleasant stay. ”

“The La Fonda is a beautiful old hotel. Paying for parking in the rear was so worth it. We came and left frequently, going to historical sites and Taos Pueblo. We were able to sample some local cuisine in the hotel restaurant and the owner was very informative, telling us about the history of his people and the foods they prepare(d). There is an area for games or quiet time. There was a festival on the square Saturday afternoon and evening which made us appreciate the location even more. We had a……
