“House was clean, well-stocked, and in a great proximity to the Frio River (Garner State Park). While the house was great, the owner can be a little overbearing. The owner will be there when you arrive to do a formal walk-through. They require that you do a formal walk-through to leave the property or you will be charged. Hopefully you dont need to leave early in the morning. The owner showed up three times while we were at the house unannounced. They both had my phone number and could have……
