“We loved the fact that it was isolated away from everyone and everything and all we could hear was nature! We enjoyed the birds singing in the morning and the deer walking around us at night. The night skies are amazing with all the stars shining. We caught some rain which was perfect to watch from the wrap around porch. Only thing I’ll add is the cabin needed a full size refrigerator because I took frozen foods and they only provided a small size fridge.”

“Isolated, scenic, and beautiful property. Surrounded by wildlife and trees. Adorable and comfortable cabin with full kitchen and AC. Hiking trails and a long covered porch to sit and watch nature.”

“This was the perfect place for a large family or friends gathering. There are 8 hotel like rooms available with bathrooms. Each room has a western theme with neat decor. I recommend hiking shoes to explore the trails on the property. It's the perfect secluded Texas ranch experience.”

“Great place for our getaway will stay again soon. Just bring bed sheets. pillows and blankets and towels kitchens are full equipped for cooking. Place was big and roomy and cozy Had a fireplace but didn’t use it. The area is under a burn ban at the moment so we wasn’t able to use firepit at nights walking distance to water hole to soak your feet for the time being Leakey about a 10min drive or so. A convenience store is about a 5min drive. Garner State park is about 10min drive as well. Very……

“It was perfect, The cabin was beautiful. we saw lots of hummingbirds, beautiful birds, wild turkeys , deer, and bunny rabbits! The back deck was so nice to sit and relax! We wil definitely be coming back in the future! ”

“Our trip was very relaxing. The views were beautiful. It rained a lot but there were plenty of games and puzzles. The younger generation were amazed by the old phones. This is a beautiful little town and home. ”
