“We've stayed here twice. It's the ultimate spot for seclusion but it's just right down the road from Leakey, Lost Maples SP, Utopia and Garner SP. The drive from Vanderpool to Leakey is next level. The cabin is cozy with an awesome fireplace and comfortable beds. It's definitely our go-to spot if we want to be near Garner or Lost Maples. We will be back. ”

“Perfect for visiting lost maples park”

“Great place for our getaway will stay again soon. Just bring bed sheets. pillows and blankets and towels kitchens are full equipped for cooking. Place was big and roomy and cozy Had a fireplace but didn’t use it. The area is under a burn ban at the moment so we wasn’t able to use firepit at nights walking distance to water hole to soak your feet for the time being Leakey about a 10min drive or so. A convenience store is about a 5min drive. Garner State park is about 10min drive as well. Very……

“Peaceful, rustic cabin in the beautiful Lost Maples area of TX Hill Country. Perfect for relaving ... birdwatching, deer, all types of wildlife in the area. As motorcycle riders, easy access to the Twisted Sisters and off-road trails. We will definitely return to this property when vacationing in this area.
