“We loved our stay-very clean, nicely appointed, quiet and peaceful. Freshfields Village is only 10 minutes away-grocery, sandos/soup (The Coop), coffee (Java Java), wine bar (Wine 48–hello to Fred!). Cooked almost every meal at home-kitchen had everything we needed. Great living and dining spaces! Easy and consistent communication with property management, and very informative house manual. Saw dolphins at sunset/low tide at Capn Sam’s inlet. We hope to be back soon! Thank you!”

“This was our first time at Seabrook, and this house was a wonderful introduction. It took us a while to get used to the layout of the island, but once we did, we enjoyed the beach, the beach club, and beach bicycles.”

“This place was perfect for my husband and I, my parents (65 and 75), my 4 year old and 5 month old. The place was very clean and well maintained when we arrived. There was even a handwritten letter for me welcoming my family, including some local saltwater taffy. The area was so peaceful and quiet. The screened in porch was our hangout spot every morning! “My son, I and his friend enjoyed this Cobby Creek cottage with a view of golf course. It was perfect for the three of us and our two dogs. We really enjoyed the sunroom. The circular neighborhood is perfect for bike riding with the kids. We enjoyed horseback riding at the equestrian center and shopping in Fresh Fields. Loved the separate living area upstairs for teens to hang out. ”
