“This is a great place to stay! It’s close to everything. It’s in the heart of Dunedin. I can’t say enough good things about it. It’s clean, the room is comfortable and the staff is wonderful. Breakfast every morning doesn’t disappoint. I’ve stayed here a couple times now and will continue to return and refer. ”

“Everyone was super friendly! The first room we had was a little smelly…not sure why. We spoke to Alexa and within 10 minutes she had a new room for us which was much better. The lady who runs the breakfast was also so kind. I did not get her name. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at this location! We would definitely book again. Everything that is mentioned is accurate. It's a quiet area/neighborhood. It's close to the sponge docks and the beaches. ”

“From start to finish the front desk staff was helpful , from helping me from the aiport and back , allowing me to check in early and check out later . Honestly i have lived in hotels before and just the willingness alone to accommodate me made me feel like i didnt want to leave. I am super impressed with the front of house.”

“Elevator didn’t work. Room was on the third floor. The stairwell had no cameras the third floor, where my room was has no cameras. I did not feel safe as a single woman traveling alone. One of the washing machines was out of order and a bathroom in the lobby was also out of order. I couldn’t imagine a worse Accommodations. ”
