“Property was exactly as it was listed and we enjoyed the building and location. Only complaint was it was extremely hot in the room as the ac was not working. However the host responded promptly and explained the issue.”

“This place was great. 3 bedrooms, 1 bath and 1 big living room and plenty of space to hang out. It was more than we thought we would get in Manhattan at this price.The only thing to be ready for is you are on 4 stories up with no elevator. We made it work.It's right above a pub but you didn't hear it in the room. We would stay here again.”

“The apartment is well located and very nicely accommodated. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. Three of the four bedrooms do now contain new portable air-conditioning units. There is no air-conditioning in the 3rd bedroom, kitchen/living area, or bath. The first week of Julne had hot days and the temperature never fell below 80 degrees in most areas. There are 4 fans which made it manageable- ish. The host stated that they would continue to improve the insufficient air. Our family spent……

“First off, wow what a view! Coming home to this view alone made our trip extra special. Our family had a great stay here. Huge space for our two children plus mother in law and the bedrooms on opposite sides of the apartment gave added privacy. The decor was absolutely beautiful. Like a five star resort. Spotlessly clean, luxury sheets and towels and extra comfortable beds. Everything felt and looked brand new. The host was very accommodating and responsive. He provided for us both a crib……

“This was a great place to stay. True 3 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room table for family meals. AC units in 2 bedrooms and in dining/living room. Pizzeria, deli, cafe, and coffee shops all within walking distance. Very clean and comfortable. Communication with host was excellent. Great location and always easy to catch a taxi just outside. I would highly recommend renting this apartment. ”

“We booked very last minute. A good situated appartment, good quality of beds, sofa, table and chairs. Two rooms are half in the cellar but still have a window. The bathroom downstairs is very low. Fortunately we had 2 bathrooms upstairs. Host was very nice to let us stay till 14pm.”
