“Excelente Hotel. Tuvimos una parada forzosa en Madrid por perdida de vuelo de conexion y nos quedamos una noche. El Hotel es excelente. El personal muy amable. Brindan desayuno completo muy bueno y con mucha variedad. ”

“It was an okay-ish stay. The place seemed was built with grandeur in mind but they haven't given it the proper upkeep recently. The thermostat was broken, the restroom's trashcan was broken; toiletries were what you would expect from a 2 star hotel. It was, however,very close from the airport and they provided a free shuttle. So it can be very efficient if you don't care too much about details and just want a place to crash for a couple of hours and take a basic shower.”

“Great service at front desk. But the kid at the restaurant, Rafa, went above and beyond when we needed him. He was charm, polite, funny and very nice service. The Hotel smells like new and is very high class and confortable.”

“The stay was great and the staff were very nice and professional. One observation was that the reservation was for the balcony and the actual hotel room was different. The spa and the hotel pool were very pleasant and clean. The front desk personnel were excellent providing service and guiding us. Location very convenient. ”

“Fantastic service but location is too remote Every single attraction in Madrid is at least 15 mins away by taxi or 30 mins by public transport. Prices were comparable with central hotels, so there is little incentive to stay here. Sound proof is lacking and there was not much facility to speak of. Definitely felt closer to a 3 star hotel ”
