“The toilet is wobbly and unstable”

“We like the lodge and this was our second time there. We would return if we come back to the area. The room was clean but there were cobwebs in some corners and the balcony area did not seem clean. A large group was at breakfast and this highlighted the need for more seating space. ”

“It's far from the Great Smoky Mountains, the air conditioner had a problem the day we checked in, and they had it fixed later. But the hair dryer can't be used. The shower head sprays water out of the tub, and after a shower, you'll find water all over the floor and you'll have to clean it up. The towel is grey and I think other people have used it to wipe the floor and it's better not to use it.”

“Easy check in with a kind front desk woman. Beautiful room and comfy bed. The only thing I would say is the water pressure in the shower isn’t too good. But other than that, we had a great stay. Indoor pool with a jacuzzi (open until 11pm) Breakfast was good…biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, bread and toaster, two cereals, apple/orange juice, water, milk, and coffee (open 8am-10am). Overall, very happy and would stay again.”
