No clerk, no receipt, no bueno. Overall, despite the poor service, it was a pretty good value for the money. ”

“The views were amazing. It was just far away from the busy downtown to be quiet but close enough to get there in just a few minutes. Staff was super nice and accommodating. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were a little flat. ”

“Mountain Inn & Suites is a nice little hotel in Erwin TN. The same Erwin TN that just got wiped out from hurricane Helene flooding. Hotels.com refuse to give me a refund even though they have received photos of the entire hotel in shambles with nothing but piles of debris all around it. They are not and were not open. I could not call the hotel and reschedule. But Hotels.com says they cannot refund me even though the hotel was closed and halfway underwater. Hotels.com is a complete scam. I would……
