Trois jours avant notre arrivée, le propriétaire nous a demandé de remplir un formulaire non officiel de renseignements personnels à partir d’un lien non sécurisé se référant aux autorités frontalières sans quoi il ne nous donnait pas accès au logis. Nous avons discuté avec les agents de Vrbo et avons complété certaines informations directement sur leur site pour avoir accès aux clés. Très désagréable situation.”
