“The cave was absolutely beautiful. The view was stunning. The welcome was lovely. You can walk everywhere. It’s a very quiet area. You have to park your car on the outskirts of the town, pay for public parking, and also pay for a tax- |~ extra 60 euros . Despite all that, our stay was excellent.”

“Beautiful apartment. Terrible check-in procedure. Online app that the location sent me to use to check in did not work correctly. Both phone numbers I was given to call for check-in did not work. I sat outside the place for almost 45 minutes. Finally had to go through the neighbors yard to get into the back yard and talk to one of the other guests who called the management company on my behalf. “If you are a seasoned traveller looking for a traditional experience of Locorotondo and the surrounding region, this is the place for you. This 4 bedroom trulli is surrounding by towering trees. The property itself is huge (about 3-5 acres) with another (2 bedroom?) trulli onsite. The second trulli is accessible by an alternate gate. We were alone onsite for the full 2 weeks with occasional brief visits from Angelo and his lovely wife Felica who maintain the place. Take your time to listen and……

“Die Wohnung im Herzen von Monopoli liegt wirklich sehr schön. Blick auf das Meer und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Meer und vom historischen Zentrum entfernt. Das einzige Problem war nur, dass wir extra eine Wohnung mit vorhandenem Parkplatz gebucht hatten, da wir mit viel Gepäck unterwegs waren. Auf FeWo direkt wurde das Objekt auch mit Parkplatz ausgewiesen. In den Check-in Vorinformationen erfuhren wir dann, dass es keinen Parkplatz gibt und wir das Auto an der Grenze zum historischen Zentrum……
