“Very nice staff, especially a young Security guard (didn’t get his name) who was very helpful during my 3 week stay. Nice pool area and the pool itself was wonderful. “I spent 5 nights there and it's such an amazing time that I have ever had. “作为新春全家出游的选择，poppies基本达到了我们的期许。入住时，房间靠近马路，晚上噪音不少。但James竭尽所能为我们更换了房间，让我们非常感动。酒店的各项设施都很不错。最让我们惊喜的一是酒店的餐厅服务特别是早餐极其出色，二是酒店员工都乐于助人，服务态度都极为优秀，三是酒店整体环境很好，闹中取静，能在苏梅岛日益嘈杂的环境中找到这样一片小屋实属不易。当然也略有不足，一是随着苏梅岛的发展，24间房的差距可是显现，明显前后排的入住体验还是有很大差距的。二是服务还是以欧美标准为主，对于日益增加的中国游客需求可能还没能适应，全店没有会说中文的员工，年夜饭的套餐也不太适合中国客人的需求，明显不如酒店原有套餐吸引人。三是由于接待量有限，有时提出一些要求也无法一时满足，比如只能2人，不能3人同时做按摩等等。不过相信在James的带领下，poppies会保持现有水准，越来越好。”
