“Sylvia and Don's cottage was a perfect spot for a weekend getaway. We loved the location: close to town, but a little out of the way and with access to the water. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the eagles swoop in and out of the trees and down to the water. The cottage is well appointed and very clean and comfortable. It's always a bonus to find places where our dog is also welcome! ”

“Would rate 6 stars if we could. Very quiet and enjoyable. The accommodations were very new and the cabin was incredibly cozy with the fireplace and blankets. The bed was extremely comfortable and it was nice and quiet at night. Awesome TV with easy access to streaming services. So much was provided - cooking utensils, silverware, plates, cups, cutting boards, etc… and location was beautiful, directly adjacent to the woods and lots of birds and wildlife in the vicinity. Perfect shower and……

“Lovely rooms. Super clean. Very comfortable. Leah makes sure you have everything you need like shampoos shower gels cotton wool. Kitchen well equipped too. Large fridge. Little electric BBQ outside. Very comfy bed. 25 mins walk into the village. Smart area. Very safe. Liked sitting out in the private garden. ”

“I was looking for a quiet, remote space, in a wild and beautiful location, just a little retreat. This sweet cabin in the woods was perfect. A great launching place for hiking the deep woods and exploring the inlet. I loved the wood stove on a rainy afternoon. Enjoyed the town of Powell River, the bakery and farmers market. Great hosts, and dogs. Appreciated so much Cindy giving me the lay of the land and sharing her garden. Best of all was the frogsong.”

“I stayed here with a friend in the small cottages. The place was very clean, and we each had our own separate small cottage. I was in the one that was sort of the living room, and my friend was in the one with the kitchen on the bottom and the bed in the loft above. There was a shared bathroom in a separate building between the two and a large deck connecting everything. There is no real cover over the deck, so the first night, it was raining hard, and we got a bit wet going to the bathroom, but……
