“ We had a wonderful time staying with Joan and his family. They were there to answer all our questions. The rooms were very clean and modern, the AC worked well, and it was spacious. He even offered us in room massage service for 200.000 vnd an hour - this was amazing !! Also the view from the balancing is AMAZING as advertised ! ”

“Eine richtig schöne Unterkunft, der Host hat auch den Transfer zum nächsten Ort organisiert. Sie haben auf dem Gelände sogar einen Spa (& Hair wash), wir hatten leider keine Gelegenheit diesen zu nutzen, aber ist sehr praktisch dass man nicht woanders hinfahren muss”

“Family owned hotel. The lady who owns this hotel along with her husband is really nice. She'll help you book tours and transportation if needed. She and her husband cooks the complimentary breakfast every morning and they also provide laundry service if needed. They work very hard to make you happy as their guests. Amenities are minimal and the room could use a little updating.”

“I wanted to share a unique and uncommon help by Nia and the rest of the staff. She went far above and beyond to help me. Upon arrival to the property, Expedia had not informed them of the booking. They were sold out and had no room. Nia made calls immediately to the nearby properties, secured a room, called for a taxi AND paid for it!! What service. I was totally blown away. Her service raises the bar for everyone in hospitality. ”

“A little rustic in a chic kind of way. We spent 2 nights here. Loved the history of the place and how they have retained the embroidery trade within the property/family. Room was spacious and very clean. We ate breakfast and dinner twice and appreciated the service and delicious food. The property is off the main street area, down a cute alley so is very quiet. As others have commented, there is a rooster next door, but as we weren't there to stay out late, it didn't bother us. Wish we had……
