“First time in India, Stolen Heaven was our first stay after arriving at Mumbay Airport. We certainly can recommend Stolen Heaven for other visitors and we would be happy to return at this location at our next visit. “We stayed in Vivanta to attend a local wedding. Cannot fault the hotel and the staff. They were extremely hospitable, catered to all our needs at odd hours, were of great help when my son got sick in the middle of the night, gave me late check out on request. Chaitanya was very helpful, thanks.”

“The resort had speakers at various spots, and they played religious chants from 5:30 am to 7:00 am, and again in the evening around 7:00 pm tp 8:00 pm. That is not ok. I don't go to a nature resort to have music/chants on speakers and be disturbed or woken up by such things. Also, they may want to specify that there is no in-room food service.”

“The hotel staff is highly unaccommodating and unfriendly. They lack basic common sense and logical reasoning. The customer experience as a result of hotel staffs in sensitivity is horrendous. If they continue in this fashion, I don’t see this hotel has a future in the next few years, we had a horrible, horrible check-in experienceand the hotel staff just lacks empathy and basic understanding of hotel management. ”
