“We stayed in the Kauri chalet and really liked it. The view is great. The connecting room, Rata’s view is even better, but that room is much smaller. If you are a bigger group, booking these two rooms together will be perfect. We woke up to the birdsongs and had a peaceful breakfast on the balcony. The stairs bring the charm to the place and we did not mind the extra steps. Owner/staff are very friendly. PAKnSAVE is only 6 minutes drive away.”

“We were so excited to stay at this property. The location is incredible. Unfortunately the cottage was a little underwhelming. For the price paid per night, our expectations were high. What we expected was a considered, highly thoughtful interior and guest experience. The interior was relatively clean but lacked finesse. The decor was minimal with zero styling. No room felt complete. The bathroom/laundry needs a revamp considering it is supposed to service 6 plus guests. Thankfully there were……
