“Great spot, upstairs was nice however rubbish left from assuming previous people. Some basics missing that would assume would be there ie hand soapDownstairs left a lot to be desired needs a deep clean. I didn’t even want o sit in the couch. Best bed was master upstairs the other mattresses were a bit yuck.We had a great stay please take this as constructive feedback”

“Once inside this is a delightful batch. Getting inside was very difficult for two older women. The steps are gigantic. This could so easily be rectified by adding one step with handrail beside the out door shower.”

“We rented this lovely property for 10 days and it was perfect for our needs. The property manager Rachael was very easy to deal with and when we asked about a high chair and travel cot for our one year old she actually bought them for the house which was amazing! It has everything you need and is very well furnished. It’s less than 10 minutes walk to the beach and it was a fantastic beach for kids. Easy driving distance to hot water beach. Walking distance to the shop and restaurants in cooks……

“It was just perfect, neat and tidy and secluded in the native bush. The only improvement I feel could be made would be the inclusion of basic amenities ie tea/coffee/drinking water in the kitchen 3 Richard was very attentive and the tiny house was well kept :) ”

“Good location near the town and beaches. Unfortunately the weather wasn't very kind but we made the most of our short stay.The owner was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. She kindly offered us another night free if we couldn't drive out because of flooding. At low tide the next day we could drive carefully through the flooded road and head home.Tairua is a friendly town with a variety of good eateries.”
