“Overall a Good Stay, But Pool Needs Serious Attention We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mostly positive experience. The rooms and kitchen were clean, well maintained, and the lobby was also in great condition. Staff throughout the hotel were friendly, attentive, and truly focused on client experience—the service was top notch. Unfortunately, the pool was a major letdown. It was visibly dirty, with green grime that clearly indicated it hadn’t been properly cleaned. I raised the concern……

“We spent 2 nights at this lovely house for a family gathering celebrating a birthday. There were 11 in total and we did not feel crowded at any time. The pool and lower recreation room are perfect to keep the kids happy and entertained without them being on their electronic devices. The beds are very comfortable. My only suggestion would be to add a few pillows on the couch and some more comfortable outside chairs. Maybe a gate at the top of the outside stairs to keep the dogs from leaving……
