“Cute little spot. Clean and host was quick to fix an air conditioning issue we had. Allowed us to bring our dog which is an extra plus!! Less than a mile from the beach and all the hot spots. Great find.”

“We were in town for a wedding and the condo was ideally located for the weekend wedding events. When we had time off during the day, nearby Night Heron Park provided a lovely outing for fresh air and a light lunch. We would stay here again.”

“Unit (as advertised) is small for a family of four. Location was great, next to the pool, beach access, and amenity center. Unit was not as clean as it could’ve been. Beds were clean and fine, it just seemed as though it were due for a deep clean”

“This was an excellent place to stay. We love Litchfield by the Sea Resort and the Marshside Villa was perfect! close to the beach, within walking distance of the fishing ponds and even had a pool (in addition to the resort pool/lazy river). The accommodations were clean and as described. It is so hard to find 3 bedrooms without twin beds. This was perfect!! Will definitely stay again. ”
